Safety Mike Mitchell (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/team/roster/mike-mitchell/6b171e8f-f368-45b3-a020-018c50cf1906/), who joined the Steelers this offseason after one year in Carolina and the previous four in Oakland, is taking part in Phase One of the offseason program, which consists of strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation activities only.
Mitchell, who has 205 career tackles and six interceptions, shared his thoughts on a variety of subjects.............

Cool stuff. I hear him being called "a slightly better Ryan Clark" or at least a younger one. If he compares to Clark at all, I'm looking forward to the next few years.

I'm excited to see what Mike brings to the table. I have really high hopes for him.
