TMZ is reporting that he appeared drunk at the incident and was yelling out bomb threats. LMFAO...yup the 49ers and the league are definitely gonna give it another slap on the wrist and pretend they gave him any proper discipline. Chris Culliver got in trouble as well. Apart from all the standard dumb-jock stuff, in all seriousness, this guy seems like someone who really needs not to be around alcohol anymore. He's in trouble with the law about once every 6 months, and it always has something to do with being drunk. Some people can handle it, some people can't. The guy sounds like just a really shitty drunk.

Seriously though, what a piss-poor job by the 49ers' players this week. They could've accomplished the same thing and saved their team a lot of trouble if Aldon Smith had just taken some roofies, given Kaepernick a BJ at the airport, then gotten a ride to the hospital.
