We'll see but somehow I expect these things NOT to come up in a major news outlets in the next week or so. But I have a strong feeling they would if a different team was playing or maybe it's the league doing their best to save face no matter who it is

But Sherman did recently admit one thing to ESPN The Magazine. Asked if the Seahawks have a PED problem, Sherman said:

“It does seem that way.”

Non-fans have been calling them the “Seadderall” Seahawks since the situation boiled over last month, when defensive end Bruce Irvin — Seattle’s first-round draft pick in 2012 — became the latest Seahawk to test positive and get a four-game suspension. He joined John Moffitt, Allen Barbre, Winston Guy and Brandon Browner on the list of guys suspended since 2011.

First, though, one piece of news. Marshawn Lynch’s attorney, Ivan Golde, said Friday night that Lynch’s trial for a 2012 DUI arrest, has been pushed back to Feb. 21. Here is some detail on the history of the DUI arrest. The most relevant aspect of this for now is that Lynch won’t go to trial until after the season is over and it won’t impact his playing status this season in any way;

We also expected fewer penalties in the conference-title round, based on the previous six seasons. Those averages should have led to 15 penalties in each championship game. The NFC game was right on the mark: 15 between the Seahawks and 49ers. While the Denver-Pats game produced only six, far below the average, it indicates that fewer flags are thrown the deeper we head into the postseason. I will break down Super Bowl tendencies next week, but we can expect even fewer penalties. The Seahawks were the most penalized-team in the NFL this year and Denver was at No. 29.

So if the playoffs and SB mean fewer flags, serious advantage to the team that is a regular offender.
