Running back Le’Veon Bell, the Steelers’ second round draft choice this year, was selected as the “Joe Greene Great Performance Award” winner by the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Pro Football Writers of America. The award is given annually to the team’s outstanding rookie.

“It means a lot to win this,” said Bell. “It’s a great award. I couldn’t have done it without my teammates, with the help of the offensive linemen and coaches. I am thankful for it. Hopefully I will continue to get better.

“And to win the award named after Joe Greene means everything to me. Meeting him was great, and winning an award named after him is the icing on the cake.”........

The Steelers Offense has scored 23, 37, 27, 20, 28, 23, and 31 points over the past seven games, and Bell has been a huge part of it.

Fire Todd Haley! Lol!

scoring in the low 20's is nothing to be proud of. especially not in today's nfl

Or Patrick Bailey in 2008. *shudders*
