Steelers backs rushing for over 100 yards in a game used to be a common occurrence, but not so much recently. The last time a Steelers back had gone for over 100 in a game was on Nov. 4, 2012 when Isaac Redman went for 147 yards on 26 carries in a 24-20 win over the New York Giants.

That was before Le’Veon Bell vs. the Packers at Lambeau Field. Bell finished with 124 yards on 26 carries, and his 1-yard touchdown proved to be the difference in the Steelers’ 38-31 win over the Packers. Bell did lose his first fumble as a pro, but on his next carry he ripped off a 25-yard run that kick-started a Steelers’ touchdown drive.

Bell is the Steelers Digest Player of the Week.

And he'll only get better. I'm kind of excited with the direction this offense seems to be trending.

If only Bell could beef up a little more. But hey....why mess with a good thing?
