Steeler Brett Keisel's time here running out

Maybe something could keep Brett Keisel from playing what looks to be his final two games in a Steelers uniform.

Something such as being swallowed by a sinkhole or hit by a train might derail him. He is determined it won't be the plantar fasciitis that has kept him sidelined for all but seven snaps of the past five games.

Keisel, 35, wants to pull on his uniform and join his teammates for their final two games of the 2013 season, what may be the final two of his storybook 12-year career with the Steelers.

I'll definitely miss Da Beard when he's no longer a Steeler.

if keisel is back. woods damn well better we back. this team better start learning where to put its priorities after this salary cap debacle. and its priorities better lie in the young emerging players. And ben.

Nice moment of reflection by you on one of the all time good guy's on this team.

I doubt you have anything to worry about, he's more than likely gone. And I understand and accept that probability. But I'm going to miss him all the same, and losing a person of that caliber from your locker room is never a good thing.
