have you ever drove 100 MPH in your life ? even once ?
I have , stupid very very stupid ..... would I do it today , not a chance that being said I think at some point in our lives we all make mistakes the big difference is he will never have the chance to make up for it in any way while most of our mistakes do not end in death ....
I do not condone what he did , but I can not criticize it either because I myself have done it in my younger days ... he lost his life and took another for this I am saddened

In 2002 I bought a '99 Orange Camaro Z-28. While going to work ( I lived in Latrobe, PA and worked in Blairsville at the time) I was on a two lane road with a dump truck ahead of me. Of course with a 6-speed I went to pass only to find a second truck ahead of the first. No problem, plenty of juice under the hood.
By the time I got past the third dump truck, I was doing 110 MPH with both hands gripped on the wheel, having to use my mirrors (instead of looking over my shoulder) to see that I cleared the last truck.
Never again will I be that stupid. On a highway it wouldn't be a big deal to do 100MPH, but on a two lane road with oncoming traffic while passing vehicles? No thanks.
Due to my occupation, I avoid incidents nearly every week. Just last week some idiot was tailgating me, so I pulled over to the side of a two-lane double yellow. About a minute later that driver was trying to pass a truck in a no passing zone and caused oncoming traffic to veer off the right side of the road and then cut across both lanes to the other embankment. Here is a sample of my work from another collision.
