At 4:20 a.m., Snelling reportedly was placed under arrest and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug related materials, expired or no driver's license, failure to maintain lane, failure to maintain insurance and improper use of dealer license plate and no registration.

Well, at least it's not as bad as the "Oakland Hat Trick" of drug possession, illegal weapon, and violating probation. If that guy lived here, they'd tell him he's not even trying.
