Less than 48 hours after declaring that the Houston Texans were "outplayed and outcoached This on top of being demoted. What a crap way to end a great career.

Was wishing him all the best, but the quick decline is a bitch.
This may also have been one of those cases where a change of scenery did more harm than good.

Maybe not. He should at least be able
To help the younger guys in that defense...

I know the Ravens kind of just let him roam "center field" and then use his instincts to make plays on the football.
I didn't watch much Texans when they were on TV in my area, so maybe they weren't using him like that. Or maybe he really did decline that quickly. Whichever it is, you can't say what he said and expect nothing to happen, especially when you're on a one-year deal with the only team that showed any interest in you at all in free agency outside of Baltimore (who made a lowball offer so they could tell their fans that they tried to sign him).
Now he's a Jet, who was signed because he had probably his best years ever under Rex Ryan when he was running the Ravens defense. If he doesn't show more with the Jets than he did the Texans, he'll be out of football next year by force instead of choice, because nobody is going to sign him. If anything, he'll get one of those "one day contracts" to retire as a Raven.
