Was sitting behind 4 bears fans at game. All of which were to chicken shit to wear bears gear. They exposed themselves after the first turnover. So we called them out on trying to be sneaky. Anyway I was having a cold one and we scored TD guy behind me jumped up hit my arm and beer drenched one of bears fans wife . All down her head and jacket. I of Course told them they would never believe this but it was an accident. She accepted apology. All was good. But I have to say her husband was a dick the entire game. So I can't help but to be a little happy my arm was hit. It was crummy for her. But pretty damn funny as well.

I can understand some fans choosing to wear plain clothes or even gear of the home team. I went to the Steelers/Bungles Monday night game in 2010 and it might've been one of the worst sports-related experiences of my life. It's hard to enjoy a Steelers win when you're surrounded by people who want to stab you just because they don't like the jersey you're wearing.

lol. Yeah I hate to say but my party wife and friends with me couldn't help but snicker off and on the rest of night about it. Oh well sometimes karma is a bitch. Her husband deserved it. But she got it. Pretty funny though indeed

It's hard to enjoy a Steelers win when you're surrounded by people who want to stab you just because they don't like the jersey you're wearing.Dude, I live in 70 miles North of Bungleland in Troy, Ohio. Where you at ?

I've been here in Oh-Tuckey since 1986 (USAF). Born and raised in Greensburg, Pa for first 21 years of my life.

What you experience here (Oh-Tuckey), is unique to this area. Trust me. Bunglefans can be a real HATEFUL bunch of people. A lot of them do not know how to talk and take NFL Smack talk. They want to take it personally and very often do.

There are more Steeler's Fans here in SW Oh-Tuckey than Bungle and Stains fan combind! Steeler fans in this area will tell you the same thing. What's hilarious is the large amount of Bandwagon Bungle fans have come out of the woodwork in the last year or two since they have finally started winning games!

You're not kidding. From Wikipedia:

March 20 – During a match between San Lorenzo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Lorenzo_de_Almagro) and Vélez Sársfield (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Club_Atl%C3%A9tico_V%C3%A9lez_S%C3%A1rsfield) of the Argentine Football Association (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argentine_Football_Association), a riot broke out between rival fans at Vélez Stadium (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estadio_Jos%C3%A9_Amalfitani). The catalyst to the violence was the beating death of unarmed San Lorenzo fan Ramon Aramayo by police at a security checkpoint at the stadium's entrance. Seven minutes into the game, San Lorenzo goalkeeper Pablo Migliore (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pablo_Migliore) dropped to the ground after being struck in the head by an object thrown from the stands. Fans ripped apart a chain-link fence separating themselves from police before order was restored.[143] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-WadeAFA-143)
August 8 – In an Arena Football League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arena_Football_League) semi-final playoff game between the Georgia Force (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Georgia_Force) and Jacksonville Sharks (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacksonville_Sharks), a drunk Sharks fan leaned over the wall separating the field from the stands and grabbed Force kick returner C. J. Johnson by his facemask, preventing him from running the ball out of the end zone. Officials called a touchback and assessed the home-team Sharks with a 15-yard penalty, and the fan was ejected from the arena.[144] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-144)[145] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-145)
October 30 – In a Romanian soccer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Association_football) Liga I (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liga_I) game between FC Petrolul Ploiești (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FC_Petrolul_Ploie%C8%99ti) and FC Steaua București (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FC_Steaua_Bucure%C8%99ti), when a penalty kick was awarded to Steaua, a Petrolul fan, Dragos Petrut Enache ran onto the field and hit Steaua defender George Galamaz (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Galamaz) in the face with a heavy object, breaking his cheekbone; Enache was attacked and kicked by two Steaua players, Novak Martinović (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Novak_Martinovi%C4%87) and Răzvan Stanca (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R%C4%83zvan_Stanca), who both received red cards for retaliating. When the play resumed, Steaua converted the penalty kick to go up 2–0 and Petrolul fans started throwing flares onto the field, hitting and slightly injuring Steaua goalkeeper Ciprian Tătărușanu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ciprian_T%C4%83t%C4%83ru%C8%99anu). At that point, the referee decided to abandon the game. Enache was arrested and jailed.[146] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-146)
December 21 – In the 36th minute of a fourth round (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011%E2%80%9312_KNVB_Cup#Fourth_round) match in the 2011–12 KNVB Cup (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011%E2%80%9312_KNVB_Cup) between Eredivisie (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eredivisie) clubs Ajax (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AFC_Ajax) and AZ (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AZ_(football_club)) at Amsterdam Arena (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amsterdam_Arena), Ajax held a 1–0 lead when a fan ran onto the pitch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitch_invasion) and launched a karate kick from behind at AZ goalkeeper Esteban Alvarado (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Esteban_Alvarado), who responded by kicking the fan several times before security arrived and arrested the fan. When Alvarado was sent off (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Misconduct_(association_football)#Sending-off_offences_.28red_card.29) for retaliating against his attacker, AZ walked off the pitch, and the match was abandoned. The KNVB (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Dutch_Football_Association) rescinded the red card and ordered the match replayed in its entirety behind closed doors (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behind_closed_doors_(football)) on January 19, 2012; Ajax was also fined €10,000 for failing to prevent the fan (who was supposed to be serving a three-year stadium ban) from entering the pitch, and given a suspended one-match spectator ban (not including the replay). Ajax accepted the penalties, and announced that it had given the fan an additional 30-year stadium ban and a lifetime ban from the club and its season ticket list.[147] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-147)

February 1 – A soccer match turned ugly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_Said_Stadium_riot) in Port Said (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Port_Said), Egypt (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egypt) at the conclusion of the match where Port Said's al-Masry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Masry_Club) beat Cairo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cairo)'s Al-Ahly (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Ahly_S.C.) 3–1. Witnesses said trouble broke out when Ahly fans unfurled banners insulting Port Said, and an Ahly supporter descended onto the pitch carrying an iron bar. Al-Masry fans reacted first by attacking Ahli players, then opposing fans. Fights from the stands poured out onto the field, causing riots and eventual civil unrest. The rioting resulted in 73 deaths and at least 1,000 injured, making it the worst disaster in the history of soccer in that nation.[148] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-148)
February 10 – A riot erupted after a boxing fight between Luis Lazarte (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luis_Lazarte) and Johnriel Casimero (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnriel_Casimero) was stopped in round ten and Casimiro credited with a tenth round technical knockout win in Mar del Plata (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mar_del_Plata), Argentina (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Argentina). Lazarte had been cited for illegal blows, and at one point in the fight had threatened referee Eddie Claudio. After Claudio stopped the bout, fans at ringside began throwing debris, chairs and bottles, and drunk fans climbed into the ring. Casimero was assaulted, while one of his corner men, Sean Gibbons, was hit in the head and suffered a broken rib, several fans and security personnel were injured after being hit by chairs, while Claudio was hit in the mouth by a beer bottle and required stitches.[149] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-149) The International Boxing Federation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Boxing_Federation) handed Lazarte a lifetime ban for his conduct.[150] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-150)
October 5 – In the eighth inning of the National League (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_League) Wild Card (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MLB_Wild_Card_game) playoff game between the St. Louis Cardinals (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Louis_Cardinals) and the Atlanta Braves (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atlanta_Braves), with runners on first and second, Cardinals shortstop Pete Kozma (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pete_Kozma) and left fielder Matt Holliday (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matt_Holliday) were chasing a popup in short left field and a late infield fly rule (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infield_fly_rule) was called. The ball dropped in as Kozma thought Holliday called him off, but the batter was ruled automatically out; the Braves fans, angry at the call, threw cups and plastic bottles on the field, causing a 19 minute delay as the ground crew cleaned up the debris. 43 fans were ejected. After the field was cleared, the game resumed as normal with the Braves losing 6-3, after which more fans threw debris onto the field.[151] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-151)
October 19 – During a Football League Championship (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2012%E2%80%9313_Football_League_Championship) match between Sheffield Wednesday (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheffield_Wednesday_F.C.) and Leeds United (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leeds_United_A.F.C.) at Hillsborough (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hillsborough_Stadium), Leeds supporter Aaron Cawley invaded the pitch and shoved Wednesday goalkeeper Chris Kirkland (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Kirkland) in the face before returning to the stands; Cawley was soon apprehended, and stated to police he was so drunk he could not remember his actions. He pleaded guilty to assault, and was sentenced to 16 weeks jail and banned from attending football matches for six years.[152] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-152)

April 13 - In Major League Soccer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_League_Soccer), FC Dallas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FC_Dallas) defender George John (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_John_(soccer)) was struck in the head by a bottle thrown by a fan of his own club immediately after scoring the winning goal in a home match against the Los Angeles Galaxy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Los_Angeles_Galaxy).[153] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-153)
June 11 - in a 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification – CONCACAF Fourth Round (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_FIFA_World_Cup_qualification_%E2%80%93_CONCAC AF_Fourth_Round) match at Estadio Azteca (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Estadio_Azteca) in Mexico City (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexico_City) between Costa Rica (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Costa_Rica_national_football_team) and Mexico (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mexico_national_football_team), Costa Rican captain Bryan Ruiz (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bryan_Ruiz) was hit by debris thrown from the stands when attempting to take a corner kick in the 78th minute. Ruiz dropped to the ground in pain and Mexico fans accused him of a unique form of diving (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diving_(association_football)) in an effort to intentionally stall having to take the corner kick and run down the clock to preserve the 0–0 tie; after Ruiz fell to the ground, they proceeded to throw more debris on the field until security personnel arrived. The nil-nil tie stood as the final score.[154] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_violent_spectator_incidents_in_sports#cite _note-154)
July 14 - in a Nabire Regency (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nabire_Regency) Boxing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boxing) Championship, 3,200 kilometers from Jakarta (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jakarta), the capital city of Indonesia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indonesia), a riot occurred related after the home city boxer's loss when his fans threw chairs at the judges; the winner's fans responded by throwing objects, causing a wild brawl and mass panic in the stadium. About 1,500 spectators scrambled out from the two working exits, causing a stampede leaving 18 fans dead and 40 injured.

I live in Springdale, about 2-3 minutes from Fairfield. And you're spot on. Bungle fans are some of the most bitter & resentful sports fans I've ever come across. I know every fanbase has that knucklehead 10-15% that makes the rest look bad, but in Cincinnati's case it's drastically higher than that (there's a reason they're considered one of the worst fanbases in professional sports). It fuckin' sucks; I get dirty looks at the grocery store when I swear Steelers gear. I get honked at and cussed at when I'm driving because of my Steelers bumpersticker. People give me shit at work every day, and hell, even family functions. Outside of this forum, I don't know any Steeler fans (my wife doesn't count, she can't name a Steeler besides Ben, Troy or Casey Hampton [and the latter doesn't even play there anymore]). The only friend I have who doesn't give me any shit is a diehard Dallas fan (we're brought together by the fact that everyone we know hate our favorite team).

Sorry for ranting, sorry if I come across soft, but this shit bugs me. A LOT. Fans who live in PA don't know how good they have it. It's one thing to support an 0-3 team, but it's an entirely different animal supporting an 0-3 team in enemy territory.
