Five losses by three points. A merry-go-round at running back.

A quarterback who couldn't stay upright. A star safety and linebacker who couldn't stay healthy.

Much went wrong for the Steelers (http://triblive.com/sports/steelers/) in 2012, as evidenced by an 8-8 record that was their worst during coach Mike Tomlin's six seasons.

Actually, that was the irony of it. Ben probably got hit less than any other season of his career, yet still suffered arguably the worst injury of his career in terms of the sheer length of time that it wound up being a detriment to his effectiveness. He wasn't anywhere near being "right" for the rest of the year after getting fallen on by Hali and Houston.

That sums it up. It'll be Arians' fault anyways if they all get injured.

When Ben went down he was having his best season ever. I expect more of that this year.
