NFL Classic Games, Ben vs Eli

I looked for but didn't see a media thread anywhere, but did want to give a heads up that the NFL Channel is listing an episode of NFL Classic Games, featuring Ben vs Eli in their rookie 2004 season for Saturday, May 4, at 12 noon - hopefully they won't change their minds and decide not to run it, as they have been known to do in the past.

I am particularly looking forward to seeing this, as I don't have any of the 2004 season saved. Does anyone know if the games are available for purchase anywhere? I would love to revisit Ben's record-breaking rookie season, if at all possible! Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I think that was in 2005 actually. They didn't play each other on 2004.
If I recall, it was a Saturday game (I was working about 5 minutes from Giants Stadium) and Plax (Then a Giant) missed it due to injury. High scoring game I think.

All I have to go by is the description on my Dish TV guide, which says "Ben Roethlisberger outduels Eli Manning in a battle of rookie quarterbacks, from Dec 18 2004". 2004, 2005 - I still don't have any of those games (at least until the playoff games on the Super Bowl XL DVD) and I would really love to be able to see them again.

No suggestions on where I could find these older games to enjoy? Anyone? Google is no help, and I am willing to pay. C'mon - throw a kitty a bone, here. :drink:

Funny you should mention that. I have ALL of them.....but I can't watch them either because I've yet to find DVD player that can play them. I may have screwed up recording them, but I'm pissed about it.
