Another day, another top rookie lost to a hamstring injury, and starting running back Rashard Mendenhall joined the growing list of injured as well.

Linebacker Jason Worilds, a second-round draft pick, joined first-round pick Maurkice Pouncey on the sideline with a hamstring injury. Worilds was injured Monday afternoon in practice

Not something I wanted 2 hear with Parker is gone.

Gonna be honest and say that with Dwyer and yes even Redman on the roster, this would not bother me if it was during the season. That being said, it's not the season and Mendy has plenty of time to mend. :)

Wimpy football players these days......Don't do any work all summer and come to camp soft..........I mean dude stretch your friggin legs out.......Get a yoga instructor.......And go dig some ditches around your house between weightlifting sessions.......

Yea. A "REAL" football player should still be able to play with a certain amount of injury...

Mendy's not hurt. Tomlin knows the kid's gonna get the thing mmore than 300 times, so he's saving him. Mendy's gonna have to carry the offense those first four games, and maybe longer if our line is putrid. He's in mid-season form, so there's no reason to keep him out there. I'd rest him until the thrid preseason game.

There's a difference between playing with a certain amount of injury and practicing dinged up.
