What are the players and positions that the steelers will drafted next week?

The Steelers need to improve their offense, so the WR and RB are a big need

We might go for a running back in later rounds but I'm far more concerned about linebackers, safeties and cornerbacks

The defense is not a concern for me right now

we need in no specific order ILB , OLB , S , RB , WR , OT , OG , CB , 8 pos of need with 8 picks .... trade down , trade down again , and then trade down yet again take our first player in the top 5 picks of round 2 or we wont have enough picks to cover all the bases

I wouldnt be shocked if a QB is drafted as early as Round 5

5 picks in the 2nd would be sweet. Don't you think we need a TE?

yes I believe we do considering we only really have 1 on the roster and he is still recovering from surgery and could miss part of the season ( Spaeth and Paulson are not legit starters in this league )

I've really narrowed down my positions of need to DB and pass rusher, early in the draft at least. Not far behind are running back and wide receiver.

This is a shift in my thinking. Up until a few days ago I really wanted to get our hands on a premium inside linebacker, but I'm starting to think we'll be okay at that position. Timmons will be solid, Foote will be Foote, Sly should be a serviceable backup and we might get a surprise out of Spence.

Also, I think Brian Rolle can make this team at ILB.

I've said all along. I want 2 - 2nd rounders, and 3 - 3rd rounders, and I honestly think this would be doable.

I have 3 TEs in this draft that I really like. Zake Erts - an early 2nd rounder, Travis Kelce and Gavin Escobar - both probably 3rd rounders. Any one of those would like good to me.

That draft would make for an interesting TC.

its nice to dream , but as I have said many times ... trade back small for the most potential compensation ....

17 turnes into 20

20 turns into 23

23 turns into 28

28 turns into 33

next thing you know you have 5 second rounders and maybe an extra 3rd
