According to the official daily transaction release issued Thursday by the NFL, Pittsburgh Steelers running back Isaac Redman has signed his $1.323 million restricted tender offer and is now under contract for the 2013 season.

The deadline for restricted free agents to receive offer sheets from other teams is Friday.

If we don't sign any backs in free agency Redman and Dwyer are really going to have to carry the load this season. I hope they're both ready. Glad Ike is in the fold, officially.
