Ike talks like Ryan Clark hits. Don't get me wrong I like Ike but he's not exactly a hitter.

I know Farrior was seriously looking a step slow last year, but he looks like he's kept himself in some serious shape over the off-season and has a REAL serious chip on his shoulder after last years performance. That can only be a good thing. Maybe Tomlin didn't deliver on his "unleash hell" promise, but maybe the defense will take that challenge on themselves this year.
