Its a crazy tax to say the least. Its really the Western Shore (here on the Eastern Shore, we call Western Maryland the Western Shore) that will pay the taxes. All of the counties on the Eastern Shore aren't as far as I know.

You better believe it. I bet there are officials looking into it right now! More sun = more heat = global warming and higher electric bills to stay cool (which means more global warming! OMG) = Sun Tax to help fight global warming.
