Hope Troy stays healthy for all 16 games this year, otherwise it'll be 0-for-however many games he's out with the annual sprained knee or pulled leg muscle problem.

Sad that the two players on defense I really wanted us to keep, are the two that look like they'll be gone. Sigh.

What bothers me is that it looks like we didn't make much of an effort to sign either of them (assuming that you're talking about Lewis).

That's the perception from the outside. I don't know if its the truth or not.

kenny vacarro is getting more and more attractive. we need safeties ASAP.

all that extra cap space freed up by the restructures and releasing harrison and we still cant lockdown the cheaper than expected keenan lewis or an affordable bargain backup like will allen...smh...

I don't think the Steelers ever had a chance at signing Lewis. He wanted to go home and that was it.

I'm glad Mundy and Allen are gone. That will force us to develop Golden, Cromartie-Smith and whoever we draft that much quicker. I am sick of this "2 year" period before anyone can start on this defense.
