Defensive tackle Anthony Adams (http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/473/anthony-adams) was never a Pro Bowler, but his retirement announcement is still one of the more memorable ones we’ve come across.
Adams, who played nine years in the NFL after the 49ers made him a second-round pick in 2003, made a YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vxpf0tmllBc#!) to officially announce the end of his NFL career. It’s well-produced with tongue firmly in cheek as Adams tries to interest several media outlets in covering his big announcement. After that fails, he winds up at a mostly empty White Castle where disinterested customers are treated to a faux-press conference............
