I just watched a neat video on Kaepernick on NFL.com and was wondering where Steelers fans would rank him & Bert among active QB's.

A few of the QB's commonly mentioned as top tier QB's are Brees, Manning, Brady, Discount Doublecheck, Roethlisberger, Manning2 & Rivers.

I realize Kaepernick is very early into his career but just curious...

Frankly neither have proven themselves elite yet. Koepernick hasn't done enough yet and I want to see what he does when people prepare for him and Flacco with only 1 postseason where he didn't choke and hurt his team where he was lucky he didn't get face any pressure because his O-line got away with holding every play, and got lucky not having to face Aquib Talib for more than a series. Flacco is lucky, he is not great

Colin is a novelty , I think after a few seasons he will wear off. Flacco is a solid guy who can win you games when he gets no pressure, as his oline goes so does he. I'm not gonna call him lucky, but his oline "all of a sudden" super super all pro, not only not giving up sacks, not taking penalties and run blocking like crazy. I personally think that the refs DO NOT call holding much in the playoffs.

It seems almost an impossibility to reshuffle your line late season with the kind of results they have gotten. Your Oline coach should be coach of the year.
