SAN ANTONIO -- Dallas Cowboys (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/clubhouse?team=dal) rookie wide receiver Dez Bryant (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=13215), the team's first-round selection, suffered a sprained right ankle near the end of practice and will undergo an MRI on Friday night to determine the severity of the injury.
Cowboys vice president Stephen Jones said the prized rookie will miss some practice time. Jones expressed optimism that Bryant would not be sidelined much longer than a few days.
League sources, however, said Bryant most likely suffered a high ankle sprain, which would mean that Bryant would be out significantly longer.

The Cowboys' top three picks are injured. Second-round linebacker Sean Lee (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=13284) has been sidelined since Tuesday with a strained quadriceps. Fourth-round safety Akwasi Owusu-Ansah (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/players/profile?playerId=13433), who had shoulder surgery in March, has not been cleared to practice yet.........

The trainers should have refused to carry him off the field, like he refused to carry roy's pads.
