Hey ! Keep Troy's name out of this !

---------------

Steelers safety Troy Polamalu had no involvement in the bizarre fictitious girlfriend story involving Notre Dame star Manti Te'o, according to NFL fullback Reagan Maui'a.

Uh, why would Troy be dragged into it? About the only thing he and Te'o share in common is Samoan ethnicity. :noidea:

Much ado about nothing it seems.

1. NFL fullback was on a trip with Troy to Samoa for charity.

2. NFL fullback references trip with Troy as the time when he met the woman.

3. Troy tweets something about the trip.

4. Troy worries that he'll be connected with the story now.

5. NFL fullback confirms that Troy has nothing to do with it.

____

This is what happens when a person REALLY is innocent of any wrong doing. Thanks Troy.

Nah, he's a cornball Samoan. Doesn't matter if he wears his hair the right way.

Wouldn't it be funny if underneath the calm and polite exterior, Troy is secretly masterminding all kinds of evil shit that's going down. He was behind the Te'o hoax, and the drug ring that got that Bears receiver arrested last year, and went around in the offseason setting up most of the DUIs and gun incidents around the league. You gotta watch out for that guy.

dont see how he was dragged into this drama at all. the fact that theres an article just to mention that troy is dragged into this seems to drag him into it if anything

I wonder if this Troy character is even real?

You know, I haven't heard anything about "Troy's involvement" from any other news source at all. Sounds like a completely made up news story or a real one with little relevance. Once again, nothing is being made into something by the media.
