He's been around the NFL. He was the Browns' OC for a while and he was the Raiders' OC when they went to the SB in 2002.

I know very well Trestman,because he was the coach in Montreal(My hometown) in the CFL since 2008.He is excellent with the QB and this is good news for Cutler

Before being HC in Montreal, Trestman has been 17 years in the nfl...He knows the league and he is a West coast system guy

Trestman is a pass happy coach....When he was the OC raiders in 2002, Gannon attempted 41 passes in the first half against the Steelers!
