this is 2013 not 1913 , you would THINK by now people would realize the impact and how wrong on every front the use of that word is ....

at the risk of sounding bad or coming off wrong , I think until that word is stricken from the vocabulary of the offended it will continue to be used by the offenders , not that it makes it right in any way but it is just my gut feeling ....

in closing it is a down right shame that in 2013 we still have these same issues as we had in 1913
