Good thing I have on good underwear! Momma always said "bubba make sure you keep nice underwear on. Don't want holes in your stuff"

He and James Farrior were probably the two best FA pick ups in Steelers history.

Hopefully it was the shoulder. Ryan can't afford too many more concussions.

It can't be too serious if he's tweeting, right?

Charlie Batch has to be there, granted, in a lower tier.

And Chidi Iwuoma, right?

Right?

Please!

If it's a concussion or concussion like symptoms and you've already had two this season, then it's serious, even if it could be worse.

Yeah, you're right. Ugh.

He's literally probably had a concussion in every game though.

I love Ryan and Troy, but their style of play and occasionally lowering their heads will catch up with them one day. And it won't be pretty.

I hope he's okay and I hope we all find out what's wrong.

If we're talking good ST players, I always liked Fred McAfee.

In an interview earlier this year, Clark said he had his first concussion this year. Not sure I believe that or not, but that's what he claimed.

I'm a sucker for special teams guys. Gunners get no respect either at a vital position.

They passed in the Steelers locker room like two Titanics in the night, defensive end Brett Keisel just back from an MRI on his damaged right knee and safety Ryan Clark on his way to the hospital for an examination of a deep thigh bruise that left his left leg swelled nearly twice the size of his right.

Clark said he was stepped on, the blow perhaps rupturing a vein in his thigh. "I don't even know how it happened. It swelled up right away. They tell me if it keeps hardening, they'll have to slice it open." Clark said the injury happened in the first half. "I probably should have come out right then. But who does that?"

Good Lord Clark. He also tweeted earlier in the week he hit his face opening up his car door.

Put that guy in a bubble until training camp!

The injuries to Keisel and Clark didn't appear to be as serious as tight end Heath Miller's knee injury from a game a week earlier against the Cincinnati Bengals. Miller had surgery last week, is facing months of grueling rehabilitation and probably will miss at least a part, if not much, of next season.

After reading this article....I just have to wonder. I mean, I'm not niave. I know they all hit to get players out of a games. But with all the really bad injuries our guys have had these last two years, it almost seems like there's an effort to really...seriously injure a large number of our players. It's the only thing that makes sense, given the extraordinary amount of injuries we've suffered.

and most likely have lost a few more players to injuries also. I'm just glad that this season is finally over.
