I think about Adrian Peterson and the amazing things he is doing, less than a year after an ACL tear, the hard work, the dedication he puts into every game week in week out, the yards he puts up with an average QB, and I cry. I cry because if the Steelers had 2% the heart and dedication that Adrian Peterson has, they would be 12-2

Texans not titans
AP is the best RB in the NFL right now. I say he gets in the second half of the last game.

I'm rooting for AD. Its something special to see a guy run the ball the way he does in this day and age of the NFL.

I hope he breaks Dickerson's record. I always thought Dickerson was a prima donna. I was disappointed when Terrell Davis and Barry Sanders both fell a little short of it back in the late '90s.

So, who here thinks that Adrian Peterson used HGH to heal that ACL?
I do, and to be honest, I really don't care if he did. If HGH can bring our star players back sooner, then I'm all for it. After all, its their bodies.

I don't and I'll explain why. For a normal person to recover from a torn acl, it takes ten to twelve months. For an athlete of his caliber, it takes eight to nine months. He healed right on schedule.

In the last eight games, Peterson has rushed for 1,313 yards, a stunning yardage total that no NFL player has ever matched over an eight-game stretch of a season.
