Steelers Sign Kevin Colbert to Contract Extension
The Steelers announced today that Director of Football Operations Kevin Colbert has signed a five-year contract extension with the team.
Colbert, 53, enters his 11th season with the Steelers after originally being named to the position in 2000. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
“We are very pleased to announce that Kevin Colbert will remain with the Steelers for at least several more years,” said Steelers’ President Art Rooney II. “Kevin is without question one of the best in the NFL at his job and we are fortunate that he will continue to lead our football operations into the future.” (continued at link)
