From Black to Gold - The Pittsburgh Steelers By Tim Gleason
Excerpts from the chapter entitled, "Ben and Terry", used with permission from the author -

Ben Roethlisberger and Terry Bradshaw are the two greatest quarterbacks in Pittsburgh Steelers history. Bobby Layne would have joined them in the discussion but his glory days were with the Detroit Lions. Layne played his final five years in Pittsburgh (1958-62) and certainly gave Steelers fans a taste of how a great quarterback plays, but when it comes to suiting up in black and gold, it is fair to say that Ben and Terry are in a league of their own.

Seven quarterbacks in NFL history have a 70 percent playoff winning percentage with a minimum of 10 games started. Roethlisberger and Bradshaw are two of the seven. Ben is third on the list with 80 percent (8-2), while Terry is fifth on the list with 73 percent (14-5). In Super Bowls, the two are 6-0 (Bradshaw with four). These are remarkable statistics considering the playoffs obviously feature the most difficult competition. In the toughest of conditions and on the grandest of stages, Ben and Terry rise to the occasion.

Ben is halfway to Canton. Terry is there waiting. On one hand they are worlds apart, one from the North Coast, and one from the South Coast, separated by culture and a couple of generations. On the other hand, it is remarkable how much the two have in common.

Seriously these two need to make up.
Benjamin give Terry back his ball and Terry stop hurting Ben's feelings!
