Count Steeler

To say this was the Steelers’ biggest win of the season would not be a stretch, and to say that tight end Heath Miller’s fourth-quarter stretch was a turning point isn’t a stretch, either.
Down 20-13, the defense overcame an Ed Reed interception by forcing a Joe Flacco Fumble, which led to a game-tying touchdown by a prone Miller, who went full extension to graze the nearby pylon before landing out of bounds–or so photographic evidence suggests.
After review, the ruling on the field of a score stood. Should it have?
“I never know,” said a laughing Miller, who was one of four Steelers to finish with five catches, and led the team with 97 yards receiving in its 23-20 victory over the Ravens (9-3) at M&T Bank Stadium. “I’m trying to get clarity on the rules when I’m on the field, but fortunately it did. Once I saw what they were looking at, I thought it would be hard enough for them to find conclusive evidence to overturn.”
