Excuses might be tools of the imcompetent, but the Steelers' wide receivers had a wagon full of them after their historically puny output without Antonio Brown on Monday.

To fend off the belief by outsiders that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (http://pit.scout.com/a.z?s=68&p=8&c=1&nid=6294639) can’t be replaced, replacement quarterback Byron Leftwich (http://pit.scout.com/a.z?s=68&p=8&c=1&nid=6268460) had a simple refrain:
“We’ll see.”

We’ll see, as in, I’ll show you.

But Leftwich will need more help from his wide receivers to pull off the unexpected Sunday night against the Baltimore Ravens (http://bal.scout.com/).
Without Antonio Brown (http://pit.scout.com/a.z?s=68&p=8&c=1&nid=6294601), the Steelers’ wide receivers combined to catch just 6 passes for 66 yards Monday night. It was the lowest output at that position since the Steelers’ wide receivers combined to make 5 catches for 64 yards in the 2010 AFC Championship Game against the New York Jets (http://nyj.scout.com/)..............

I wish Lefty all the luck in the world. He definitely has big shoe's to fill and we all know ( him included) that all eye's in the sports field will be on him Sunday night. If he can lead us to a WIN, beside a gigantic confidence boost, all the sports talk show's will be speaking his name for weeks to come. GOOD LUCK STEELER's.
