One of their loud mouthed receivers said this week that he thought they could run the table. :applaudit:

I mean geez, we're only at midseason, get to 10 or 11 games before you run your mouth like that.

The Falcons were blabbing "where's our respect?" this morning. That question has answered.

Games like this is why you don't get any. Doesn't help that the Falcons under Mike Smith have yet to win a playoff game.

Another team that was more interested in reading their newspaper clippings rather than putting together a consistent plan.

Play the game on the field. Start shooting your mouth off and you just give your opponents extra motivation.

The Falcons aren't as good as they think they are. A good offense picks their defense apart.

I would have preferred the bounty-gate thugs to lose, plenty of other teams Falcons can lose to

I am too - it gives us a better shot at the BCS!

Oh, wait . . . :chuckle:

So? For how many years, the Colts or Patriots would win 2 or 3 games and everyone would start going "OMG 16-0!!!" Then the Colts showed they'd rather tank the last couple games, and the league had to send a bunch of Patriots 19-0 shirts to Nicaragua, and people finally at least started shutting up until the halfway point.
