Baron Batch (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/team/roster/baron-batch/b18ae6d7-8bc6-488c-b73e-d55d99d6e045/) was going to be limited because of a shin injury, and during the game Chris Rainey (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/team/roster/chris-rainey/865dc012-8a62-44c7-9557-384ed26dd778/) was lost to an injury to his ribs.Isaac Redman (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/team/roster/isaac-redman/5250dc8c-d3c1-4001-9e55-b6c6d991bb84/) was coming off an injury himself that had kept him out of the game against the Redskins, and so it wasn’t known how much of a load he might be able to assume.But Isaac Redman was up for the challenge, and he finished with 26 carries for 147 yards and the touchdown that gave the Steelers a 24-20 lead over the New York Giants with 4:02 left in the fourth quarter. No surprise there. In one of the other threads I said Redman would have a strong game. NO RB is going to have a bad game here on out. The gauntlet has been thrown down and each starter has to keep the mojo going.

You all realize that's 5.7 yards a carry, right? (5.65, rounded up).

You all also realize that twice in three weeks, this team has landed the deathblow with two minutes or so left, with a 20 plus yard run. THIS is the balance I've been wanting for years. Not that we must throw the ball, or must run the ball, or must do it evenly, but that we CAN do it either way when we have to.
