Big blow to the Jets. No Revis, likely no Harrison or Polamalu, there could be some serious points scored in this contest

Jets had playing well without Revis in 2010

The Steelers have a losing record since 2008 without Polamalu

I hate to see Troy and Harrison out, but with Revis out Tomlin may think it would be safe to sit Troy and Harrison, hoping that Wallace and Brown will have a break out game. We do have to get used to Troy playing less and less, in my opinion he seems to be slowing down. We can't afford to lose this game and I'm sure Tomlin and the F.O. knows this. Going 0-2, with our schedule will be a tough hole to dig out and make play-offs. I think the BIG thing in this game is going to be TD's from the Red Zone ! FG's aren't going to get it done this game. Score early...and constantly.

also, the Steelers need to make more big play in offense

The team better become accustomed to this.

Troy and Harrison aren't going to be out there all the time. Somebody needs to step up their game big time. Especially the Offense. It's high time for the Offense to step up this year.

There's the excuse. Nevermind that we have a bunch of starters out too...I'm just glad we have a coach who never resorts to this tactic.

We need to come out and play some Steeler football. As said in earlier post we don't need to be 0-2 to start the season.

Revis out against our potent offense, I like the sounds of that, but the OL needs to protect Ben! Beating a dead horse I know, but the more time Ben get's the easier he will pick that defense apart.

We have to score early and often since our D will be lacking without Troy and Harrison tomorrow.

Even without Revis they got good coverage people. If the Steelers don't situationaly run the ball better they'll have a hard time beating the Jets.

The number of big play is more important than the running game vs the jets.....
