Just curious what teams have a better receiving corps than the Steelers this year?
1. Wallace
2. Brown
3. Sanders

In the Ben era?...It is hard to to say right now
I think the best WR group that Ben had was in 2009 with Ward,Holmes and Wallace
If Sanders is healthy and that Wallace plays at his level despite his holdout, it could be the best WR group in the Ben era

sorry, I did not understand the question
as I said, it will be important that Wallace plays at his level and Sanders is healthy
if this is the case, I say top 5 with Detroit, NYG, GB and patriots if I include the TE

the giants, patriots, lions, and packers are better if you include tight ends and runningbacks. maybe the falcons if julio jones explodes into his potential and douglas surfaces into the offense (Ryan has continually been really high on Douglas and seems to mention him first whenever he's asked about breakout players on the team). Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks to me are by far the best receiving duo in the league, and along with Hixon (who was probably the main guy to step up when Plax left) and Martellus Bennett, form a really underrated back end receiving corp. Bradshaw and Wilson are great in space.
Patriots, lions, and packers....i think it's pretty self explanatory why theyre better.

I think we have the best 1 - 2 receiver combination in the NFL and probably the best 1 -2 - 3 as well.

The Lions have Calvin, but after that, it's questionable. The Packers group is pretty damn solid. Nelson, Jennings, Jones, Driver...

Agreed.
Bleacher report doesn't even have the Steelers in the top 10.

I dunno.
Part of the reason we may not appear as solid including TE's & RB's is that we simply don't utilize them as much.
Things may look different if Haley does in fact emphasize the shorter passing game and utilizes the backs and TE's more.

Lol...new England isn't number one and San Fran is questionable...funny how the "QB" makes the receivers that much better...put the Saints receivers on a team like Tampa...lol...then what do you have?

Depends on which Mike Wallace shows up. Fall 2011 Wallace is #1, Winter 2011 Wallace is #2.

Makes sense. I heard on ESPN this week that the Steelers are in the last year before the team starts to fall apart from old age. Wait, was that last year too?

Whoa! A slobbering Pats homer (http://bleacherreport.com/users/97803-tony-santorsa) on Bleacher Report puts the Pats at the top and doesn't include the Steelers anywhere? Whoda thunk it?

Nicks & Cruz are a great combo....however this ranking puts the Wallace - Brown Combo slightly ahead of Nicks and Cruz.
Wide Receivers
Pittsburgh Steelers
1. Mike Wallace A
2. Antonio Brown A-
New York Giants
1. Hakeem Nicks A (injured)

Blah, blah, blah. Best on paper, blah, blah, blah. Let's play the season and get to the damn SB. I don't care about rankings, lists and opinions. Let's prove it on the field.
Finally, the season begins tonight.

If It finally clicked for Ogletree, the Cowboys could easily have a Top-5 receiving corp with Witten and Murray.

And the Crygirls can have the fantasy football stats championship. Still won't go anywhere near the Super Bowl though with their QB.

I'm not saying that Romo will win the super bowl, but I would not be surprised if it happens
The problem of the cowboys in recent years is not Romo
Prior to 2007, I'm not sure you thought that Eli Manning would have won two super bowl

Romo is a very good QB and he is underrated since 2-3 years
Romo was overrated in its first 3 years, but he is underrated by many people since 2009

Sorry, but his constant choking in December/January is well documented. Even Donovan McNabb won playoff games with lesser talented teams. And I'm not talking about his Super Bowl appearance with TO. He made it to the NFC Championship game several times with average receivers.

2006,2007 and 2008 Romo was horrible in December and the playoffs but since this is not a problem
Romo had 10 TD and 1 INT in the month of December in 2011, but the Cowboys were 1-4....It was not Romo's fault
If Romo would play in a small market, he would be less criticized
Not forget that Romo is an undrafted player....Romo is not a top 5 QB....but he is easy a top 10 QB

I was thinking the same thing (but about Sanders) watching Ogletree's break out performance last night.
With Brown & Wallace getting so much attention it may really create some huge opportunities for Sanders.
..and don't forget while wallace is crazy fast, Sanders and Brown were sprinters too.
This could be a really special year for Ben & our receving corps.

The only reason he gets so much hype to begin with is because he plays for Dallas. If there is another team in the league that gets more pub for achieving less, I'm hard pressed to name them.
