There's no reason he can't. Hell, Ford has pretty much shown the same as any other RB on the roster right now...lol.

He's not fast, and he's not nearly fast enough to compensate for his awful YAC. Good to hear he is improving in the two areas that were glaring concerns on him coming out of the draft (lack of blocking and receiving like most backs in the Hornets triple option offense), but he needs to be hardnosed when people are trying to take him down. He didnt look like he had any problem with that in college but he's gotten gun shy since. Still only 23 years young, very interested to see how he'll be running in a few years
