View Full Version : 2012 NBA Final OKC vs Miami

Miami finally disposed of the Celtics.

Should be an interesting final. I believe OKC has home court, but because of the NBA schedule (2-3-2), I'll take the Heat in 6. They will have the series momentum coming off 3 home games in Miami.

So Lebron finally gets 1 monkey off his back.

Bosh looked good in game 7, so without that question mark there, the Heat should win. I don't think it will be easy though. Heat in 7

I hope that the heat will win! The loss of the heat against Dallas last year was so heartbreaking for me.

It will be a great final!.....Durant vs Lebron....Westbrook vs Wade

I am very confident that LeBron will play very well this year in the finals!.....Last year against Dallas, it was the worst performence of the career of Lebron

I also love the Thunder......A unbelievable young team

I think this goes 7, and OKC takes it.

Game 1 to OKC. Great 4th quarter from Durant.

I'm rooting for the Thunder for 3 reasons

1. It would be awesome for one of the so-called "smaller market" teams to win a championship
2. It would be one more excuse for a certain northwestern city to have a "whine and cheese" party
3. Anytime "King James" goes down flames yet again is fun for me.

This. I don't follow the NBA anymore, but anything that gets the uber-emo whiners that infest the Pacific Northwest's feminine napkins in a wad, I'm all for.

Yep, here we go - IT WUZ DA REFS! STERN LIKES DA THUNDER BETTER! WAAAHHH! :cry02:

Spoelstra needs Pat Riley to help him right now, and those refs are horrible. I can't tell you how many times I counted where a Heat player would attack the basket and hit and no foul.

On the Durant block in the first half where he blocked Wade and then ran the court and dunked on the other end for a big momentum swing I think Harden intentionally fouled Wade before the block. I mean he had both hands on Wade's waist and it went uncalled.

That's just the way games are reffed in the playoffs though. The home team always gets the calls. The whistles will swing in the Heats favor when it goes back to Miami. To me a foul should be a foul on the home or the road, but tahts just not the way it is.

Am I the only one who see's harden gut punch wade with both hands here?

Well the other reason the Thunder are going to win is because David Stern wants his little project from a few years back to take the title.

WAAAHHH! WAAAHHH! WAAAHHH! :cry02: :cry02: :cry02:

I hope OKC sweeps their asses just to stick it to those crybaby assholes. And the fact that I think LeBron James is a punkass would be like icing on the cake.

No way Miami was winning this game. Bosh isn't 100% yet, they just faced a tough two game elimination gauntlet in an old-school physical brawl, and OKC was well rested and at home. As much as people hate it, LBJ gets his ring...and maybe in 5 or 6....

Turns out it only took 5. Good for him. He was a jerk for leaving the way he did, but he knows that now. I've gotten over it...

I'm still not fully convinced the way he left was entirely 100% his decision. Im sure ESPN and their media hounds influenced the way that whole "The Decision" thing went. Still was obviously his choice overall to do it.
