If he's healthy, which is a big if, I'd love to have him around as an insurance policy. Adams may be promising and Gilbert did well at RT last season, but the fact is we just don't know.

Me too. I hope the Steelers get hold of Max soon. He'd be a great insurance policy to have around until Adam's game is up to speed.

I sure hope he's healthy enough. If he is, he is a way better option than Scott.

I guess it all depends on the money. If he signs for under 2M, release Scott and start the season with Starks, Adams, Gilbert and Essex as the tackles. Whoever performs, starts.

I read he was at the Steelers facility today getting his knee/etc looked at...while he was in town...so who knows...
