Many scouts might use two words to describe the quality of the prospects available in the NFL draft that begins Thursday. "It stinks" are the most common.
Kevin Colbert, a glass-half-full kind of general manager for the Steelers, prefers not to hold his nose when he speaks of the 2012 draft. He will say what he likes about it, and what that includes are wide receivers, cornerbacks and guards, inside linebackers. What it does not include are centers, left tackles, outside linebackers, nose tackles, tight ends or safeties. Running backs are deep, but there's just one who will be drafted in the first round..........
