I grew up as much of a Colts fan as a Steeler fan for the first 12 years of my life. My dad was about the same age, and had roughly the same background growing up, so he was a huge Unitas fan, and by osmosis I became one too. When Unitas left the Colts so did I.
Watching this I would say with confidence Unitas would be elite in any era. He put passes in tight windows, threw on time, had a quick release, and could throw with accuracy from a dirty pocket. He also was willing to lay down blocks on All Pro defensive ends.
Also the narration is hilarious in spots. Sounds as if it comes directly from an episode of Leave it to Beaver. :heh: Also check out the "sexy" cheerleader. :yuck:
Anyway I enjoyed this youtube, and hope you do too.
