Chris,

Thank you for everything you have done for Steeler Nation! We really do appreciate it!

I'll always remember you pulling out and pancaking defenders during run plays! True pleasure to watch you do that! You were one of the best at that!

Best to you man! :salute:

I sincerely thank him. I thought he was going to be a breakout player a few years ago. Injuries tore him apart and that didn't help calm a guy who had an angry disposition to begin with. But he sacrficied his body for us and for that, I thank him.

True. When the guy was productive and being praised by announcers and fans for pulling in space and blowing up defenders.........the fans had his back. When the guy has knee injuries and his play slid......they put the pitchfork in it.

I feel terrible that Kemoeatu's knee injuries ruined what could have been a good career....but I enjoy the sarcasm and laughing a little with my fellow steeler fans...

Sorry Mr. Burgundy

We HAVE had some really bad luck with our line though...

THanks for being consistent and dependable. You were always good for at least one penalty and one bonehead play a game. Thanks...

The rest of you are freaking RUTHLESS! Save that shit for the Ratbirds and Cheats!

Everyone knows Kemo had some rough times, but the dude did lay it on the line for Steeler Nation. Got to give him credit for that!

Chris, Thank you for all that you have sacrificed for the steelers.

Kat...thank you for your lesson in etiquette...

Although after rereading this thread title and the subsequent posts, the piling on (including myself) was a bit excessive.

I sincerely thank Chris for his sacrifices and years of service. Unnecessary roughness sometimes are part of the level of play, so I'm not going to hold that against him.

I would find this funny if I wasn't suffering from depression about Hines being released.

Thanks for the heart you played with Chris. Good luck with the rest of your career. Hope you go to a run heavy team, you're on hell of a run blocker.

thank you, Mr. Kemoeatu, for leaving and freeing up a wad of cap space. I won't miss you blocking oxygen as Terrell Suggs blew past you on a stunt. I won't miss your constant penalties. I won't miss your complete lack of improvement over your multiple seasons as a starter. Farewell to thee, Mr. Samoan Albatross. Perhaps now we can get a starting caliber LG.

Colts should sign ex Steelers OG Chris Kemeaotu 6"3 344lbs 29yrs old proven starter in this league and super bowl champ. I feel we could really use him

Aren't there concerns about his pass blocking ability?

Just a little. He is a run blocking smashmouth which what pagano wants to do and he was a pro bowl alternate so he couldn't be that bad at pass blocking
