Well, I don't think we'll find too many people on here sad about this move.

With Hines, Smith, and Kemo gone, it'll be pretty easy to keep Wallace on this team

Cheer up, Kemo fans. Now that the Steelers released Chris Kemoeatu, I've found a fitting replacement for his skillz.

Thanks for the headaches Kemo. You did your job. no hard feelings, but I will still blame you for putting us behind the 8 ball for not blocking Howard Green for more than one second in the Super Bowl. Complete utter laziness cost us 7 and all the momentum in the Super Bowl.

Whis has an OG, WR, and a possible ILB ready for Pittsburgh West

Have to give him credit for being a tough sun of a gun, as Willie Colon alluded to on Twitter. Probably hasn't been a game in the past two seasons where his knees and ankles weren't killing him.

Yupp Farrior is due for a fat check, probably release him and tender Wallace, we could match any teams offers.
It looks as though there is some pecking order as to who is being released.
The refs should send Kemo a gift basket for keeping their jobs alive.

Hines and Smith leaving are very heavy-hearted and tough decisions.
This, I'm jumping for joy over pretty much. Uhm...thanks for the memories? I guess?

Good, they needed to cut that penalty machine

Agreed! We need all the penalty help we can get, considering how biased refs already are against our guys...

Maybe. They aren't going to franchise tag him

Wouldn't they have created more cap room this year by cutting Kemo after June 1st?

Hmm...good point. Unless there was a roster/workout bonus in his contract due in a few weeks and it's be cheaper to cut him now and take the cap hit in one year instead of two than paying him.
