What say you? I'd be surprised if he's on the team in 2012.

I'd say he's gone. Unfortunately, he just couldn't stay healthy.

So would I. What's it been, 3 out of the last 4 seasons, mostly on IR? It's a shame, because he's a good punter. Maybe someone else will take a chance on him? But I can't see the Steelers committing another season to him.

Too injury prone. Kapinos will be the punter next season and beyond.

Hes a great guy, too bad for his injuries. He may be gone in by the beginning of the season.

I agree with all so far, he's gone. It is a shame too because he seem's like such a nice kid, but a punter on IR is no punter and not helping the team at all, and 3 out of 4 season he's got a hell of a easy ride and paycheck. Kapino can do the job.

Sepulveda is a better punter than Kapinos, but unfortunately he just can't stay healthy.

He definitely is the better punter. Unfortunately, too many health issues. I think he's gone.

As much as it pains me to say it, I think Danny is gone. Kapinos is the man this coming season. Love ya Dan! :lust:

Well the sentiment on the board is that Dan won't be with us next year, and I agree. It is obvious he can not stay healthy. We have Kapinos and maybe a camp body might impress.

Part of the quality equation is availability. Sep is the best tackling punter ever, but you cannot get a full season out of him. That could be one thing keeping BB from playing his best too. Lack of game planning to protect the QB and one of the consistantly worse OLs in the NFL.

if he still has a contract I could see him going to training camp for a last chance
