Kind of stinks but I think we all saw this coming. I still have days where I miss seeing Kimo von Oelhoffen.

Best of luck Hokie! Team is going to definitely miss the security blanket we had as the backup NT and the character you were in the locker room.

Ha, can't forget about that. He's the real Santa Claus.

Speaking of that, did you see Will Allen in this years? Wow, can he sing!

Did he retire or did the FO just not offer a new contract? I get confused lately.

Thanks for the memories, Hokie! You served us well!

You did the right thing. Risking spending the rest of your life in a wheelchair isnt worth it for playing a game. To have a job in the NFL is a luxury, good for you for not taking it for granted. Now go have fun with you family Hokie!

I hope Hoke has a happy retirement. As for the Steelers I hope this is enough for them to finally draft a NT

He walks away w/2 rings. He was a valuable backup and a big part of the defensive success.

I wonder when his one loss as a starter came . He could have been the only player in the history of the NFL to go undefeated as a starter

I wonder if Hokey has the best record of any steeler starter?

We only lost a couple of games.

Thanks for everything Hokey.

You are a true Steeler through and through.

Hoke is a pretty big Aquabats fan, from what I understand.
