He completely ruined the St. Louis offense this year. No one's sorry to see him leave.

Why? It would be one thing if he was the fired outgoing OC, but in this case he's only "outgoing" because he got another job that he wanted. I don't see too many awkward moments or hurt feelings; he just has to finish the job he's doing now. Which hopefully will only be one more game.
