I really wasn't expecting them to fire him given all the injuries his team suffered this year, I thought one more year and if they sucked next year then he'd be canned.

Yep, and the Steelers haven't fired a coach since the 1968 season! Since 1969 the Steelers have had just three head coaches: Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher, & currently Mike Tomlin.

The Browns have had three head coaches in the past four years!

Its a win win situation. Rams get rid of a coach to hire another, Spags doesnt have to deal with them anymore , and I know his phone is already ringing to become a DC elsewhere.
