The Bengals came to town for our 2nd annual meeting
Unfortunate for them - they left with a beating
It’s week 13 of the season - December football is here
We must be at our best around this time of year
We beat them on their field - they wanted to return the favor
We knew what we had to do - we weren’t going to waiver
No points for the Bengals in the 1st thanks to a field goal block
With only about 5 minutes off the clock
Not much else to report in the 1st quarter so
We’ll skip to the 2nd where we put on the show
More like an offensive explosion when it comes down to it
Next I’ll tell you how we’d do it
First Rashard Mendenhall scored on a 3 yard run
Then the Bengals got 4 downs and they were done
Next after a penalty and just 3 plays more
Rashard is in the end zone for his second score
We kicked the ball off to them but they gave it right back
Our offense was rolling - theirs was off track
3 plays later we were in the end zone again
This time Mike Wallace caught a pass from Ben
A TD pass to Green let the Bengals score once
That was followed up by each team’s punts
Antonio Brown ran it back 60 yards and scored
And put the half’s last points on the board
Wallace was in the end zone again on a 3rd quarter drive
The Bengals still had 7 - we now had 35
That would be the end of the scoring
But on this day the game was never boring
3 sacks for Harrison - another interception for Ike
Not much about the defense play we didn’t like
Records were broken and we had such a huge win
But right about now our playoffs begin
It’s a short week because we play Thursday night
The Browns will come to Pittsburgh ready to fight
60 minutes of football - right from the coin toss
They’d love to play spoiler - let’s show them who’s boss
