Ryan Clark (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/nfl/player/ryan-clark/105951) has spent almost a week hearing about New England’s past offensive achievements against his Pittsburgh Steelers (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/nfl/team/pittsburgh-steelers/67067) defense.

He's heard enough.

Speaking with FOXSports.com after practice Friday, the hard-hitting free safety acknowledged Tom Brady (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/nfl/player/tom-brady/70173)’s 6-1 career record and stellar passing numbers when facing the Steelers. Clark, though, is equally upset with how the Patriots (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/nfl/team/new-england-patriots/67054) have responded while enjoying such success. That includes a December 2007 incident in which Brady jaw-jacked safety Anthony Smith (http://www.steelersuniverse.com/nfl/player/anthony-smith/401193) after wide receiver Randy Moss beat him on a touchdown pass. Smith had boldly predicted Pittsburgh would end New England’s then-perfect season.

“When they play against us, they don’t really try to beat us physically but technically,” said Clark, who was replaced by Smith in that 2007 game because of injury. “Tom Brady gets the ball out of his hands extremely quick to try and get run after the catch.

“Also, if you watch the antics of this team when they do score on us — Tom Brady and the running backs spiking the ball, throwing a touchdown and running to talk to Anthony Smith — you see that there’s no respect there. Maybe at times we’ve given them too much respect.

“For me, personally, that’s over.”.....................

Let's prove it on the field.

I'll believe it when I see it. The Patriots* have had our number for a while.

I'd prefer they'd leave the talking until after the game, that way you don't run the risk of eating your own words.

They have to prove it Sunday, and so they haven't proven they belong on same field as the Patriots. Spouting Empty words to be honest.

The Steelers have not only lost to the Patriots, the contests were hardly competitive against them. New England has outplayed them in all facets. Since Halloween 2004, Three out of the last four times they faced Tom Brady they've lost by double digits. The only time it was close was 2005, a 23-20 loss once again, at Heinz Field.

Until proven otherwise, they are New England's bitch, and they'll keep hearing that talk until they start reversing their fortunes against them. Until I see differently, I have no reason to go into this game believing this matchup will be any different. NE has our number, that's all there is to it.

That's how you stop Welker... This is also how you stop Brady... I'm still saying hit hard and often until they can't play anymore..

Goodfell doesn't even let you sneeze on a Pats* player.

Our best chance is to outscore them. We'll need our young receivers to step up and torch the crappy Pats* defense.

True enough...but now that it's out there it's up to Ryan and his teammates to back it up.

On any given' Sunday ! Just have faith, maybe this will be our Sunday against the Pat's. We have to score TD's.....FG's aren't gonna beat this team....unless we have about 12 FG's !!

The offense has to shine today because, to beat the cheats you have to out score them. The stat that stands out is in the last two games against Marsha we have not sacked him at all. If the o-line can give Ben time I think we will have a good chance to win this game.
