Let's not get carried away and turn off the sarcasm. McLendon played pretty well today, but it was against a weak OL. I want to see what he does against a superior OL if he has to go again next week.

HE played very well and to be honest, his play today was better than Hampton's had been this season...good effort...

Would like to see some consistency now...

Gotta feel good about being able to plug in 2nd (Hoke) and 3rd (McLendon) stringers and not miss a beat.

I think he's our future to be honest. He's played well all year.

alright but seriously, not bad from a 3rd stringer with his 1st start, but he was one of the culprit on a couple of some of Beanie and Alphonso's streaking runs (which there werent a ton of anyways)

Especially in a hostile environment.

Especially in a hostile environment.

Even though the place was filled with Steelers fans. (oh wait, even in that case Tomlin still says it's a hostile environment. :chuckle: )

Starter in waiting. Of course, Tomlin will say he expected nothing less and that he finally got to face the first wave of terror.

We'll see how good he is against the best blocking lines in the NFL next week.
