There was a whole column in the Sports section today outlining all of last weekends fines. I can't help but think this new weekly feature isn't just a bit tongue-in-cheek. Goodell is a joke.

I would think Goodell's method of determining the amounts of fines is fairly obvious by now....

Yes, you can clearly see signs of intelligence in the monkey. Also, notice the spacing and pattern of the darts? That suggests that a degree of logic was used in placing them, and we all know Goodell does not employ logic...good call!
