The Steelers and the Texans had a game to play
Afternoon football in Houston last Sunday
The Texans got the ball first and kept it for a while
An 11 minute drive - which is usually our style
A few passes but mostly Foster ran wild and free
Daniels would score and then Rackers got three
Just before half we tried for a field goal of our own
But Houston blocked it and ran to the end zone
A penalty on Houston put the score back to ten
And when halftime was over it would be our turn again
We opened up the 3rd quarter with an 8 minute drive
Rashard crossed the goal line keeping us alive
A 3 and out for Houston and soon it was a tie
And then Foster’s 42 yard dash made us want to cry
Soon Houston had a pick 6 but there was a penalty call
So with less than a minute to go Ben had the ball
A deep pass intended for Antonio Brown
A Texan intercepted and then they’d kneel down
So far this year things aren’t going too well
Can we turn it around? Only time will tell
Too many losses too early this year
But that doesn’t mean I still won’t cheer
Now the Titans travel north from the Music City
We definitely need a win - it doesn’t even have to be pretty
